Is Justin Trudeau Canada's worst prime minister?

There are many reasons why Canada's present Liberal government led by Prime Minister Justin Trudeau has not been good for Canadians. The Trudeau government has done and passed legislation that make the nation worse. The prime minster is not afraid to disregard and violate Christian values, the very values that have shaped and built the nation. In this post, we're going to list a number of issues attempting to make the case that the present prime minister is the worst of Canada's leaders. The points are also good reasons why the Liberals don't deserve to be re-elected in October of 2019. The Liberal ideology is anti-life, anti-Christian and anti-democratic. Did you know that no candidate can run for the Liberal party unless they support abortion? Then, there's Bill C-16 that forces Canadians to accept gender fluidity that amounts to a legislative attack on the freedom of speech. It's a terrible law. But let's examine more of the evidence in some detail in order to back our argument.

T
1. The Trudeau Liberal government refused to go to court but chose to quietly pay Omar Khadar, a convicted terrorist who murdered a US Army medic $10.5-million. The reason: Khadar's Chater rights had been violated, but how did Trudeau know this when there was no trial. Trudeau's government acted as judge and jury. However, the government has seen no problem going to court to fight veteran benefits and pensions. More about this later.

2. Trudeau has been been found guilty for breech of ethics. He claimed to be a friend of the Aga Khan but had no contact with him for 30 years. This didn't stop Trudeau from going on a holiday with his family on Khan's private island at taxpayers' expense of over $200,000. The government then hands the Khan's foundation a cheque on behalf of Canadians for $55 million. One hand washes the other.

3. Trudeau supported Motion-103 that attacks freedom of speech in Canada. M-103 was passed by the Government of Canada to condemn Islamophobia. The term was never defined but the Motion grants a special status to Islam that is not given to Christians, Sikhs, Jews or any other religion. Without a clear mandate, nobody really knows how the Motion can reduce racism and religious discrimination. But this fact will not stop the Standing Committee on Canadian Heritage from finding a solution to a problem that doesn't exist. One thing is certain: the Motion will serve to silence Canadians and restrict freedom of expression.

4. Trudeau's government has allowed known ISIS fighters to return to Canada with all the privileges of citizenship. The government purchases 30 year-old used fighter planes from Australia for Canada's air force. How does this put the safety of Canada's soldiers first? However, Trudeau spares no expense for himself and his family. One of the first things he did when he came to power was to hire two nannies at taxpayeers' expense. What's the saying? A fish rots from the head down.

5. Defence Minister Harjit Sajjan lied about playing a leading role in Operation Medusa against the Taliban in Afghanistan. Finance Minister Bill Morneau has been under investigation for possible conflict of interest. He owned shares in Morneau Sheppel and this put him in a position to profit from new legislation. Then, there is Maryam Monsef who was supposed to be the first Canadian cabinet minister born in Afghanistan. Not so; it turns out she was actually born in Iran. That's what happens when gender equality is the government's main mission. In the most recent Liberal budget, the word gender is repeated 358 times. Nevertheless, Trudeau continues to back his MPPs unconditionally. Meanwhile, Trudeau's government has added in one term close to $100 billion to the accumulated Canadian national debt that now stand at around $630 billion. This is an irresponsible way to manage Canada's finances.

6. Trudeau's insistence that applicants for the Canada Summer Jobs program must attest that their "core mandate" be pro-choice. In short, if Canadians don't say yes to abortion, then there is no government grant money to hire students. Some 1,400 organizations will not be receiving any funds because of the abortion requirement. This is a clear attack on people of faith and every Canadian who believes in democracy and the freedom of thought. The government has also put $650 million to push "reproductive care," read abortion, around the world. Canada is a big exporter of abortion and Trudeau falsely claims abortion to be a right. It's not a right in neither the Canadian Charter nor any international agreement.

7. Trudeau's government has passed Bill C-45, the Cannabis Act, An Act respecting cannabis and to amend the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act, the Criminal Code and other Acts. Here's what the government says the new law is supposed to do: "This enactment enacts the Cannabis Act to provide legal access to cannabis and to control and regulate its production, distribution and sale. The objectives of the Act are to prevent young persons from accessing cannabis, to protect public health and public safety by establishing strict product safety and product quality requirements and to deter criminal activity by imposing serious criminal penalties for those operating outside the legal framework. The Act is also intended to reduce the burden on the criminal justice system in relation to cannabis."

As a result, Canadians can legally grow their own marijuana plants at home and have easier access to cannabis. How is this going to keep the drug from young people? Just removing the use or possession of marijuana from being a criminal activity is not going "to protect public health and public safety." What, the government legalizes what is harmful and magically it's no longer a social, health and psychological problem. Why? Because the government says so. This is wrong, misguided and dangerous.

8. The controversial law Bill C-16, An Act to amend the Canadian Human Rights Act and the Criminal Code was approved on June 19, 2017. Why the law? Here's what the government says: "This enactment amends the Canadian Human Rights Act to add gender identity and gender expression to the list of prohibited grounds of discrimination. The enactment also amends the Criminal Code to extend the protection against hate propaganda set out in that Act to any section of the public that is distinguished by gender identity or expression and to clearly set out that evidence that an offence was motivated by bias, prejudice or hate based on gender identity or expression constitutes an aggravating circumstance that a court must take into consideration when it imposes a sentence."

What the Trudeau Liberals have really done with this legislation is to legally force Canadians on what they can say and think. For example, Canadians who refuse to accept transgenderism and neutral pronouns may now be charged with a hate crime. It could now be a criminal offense in Canada to say or believe that human beings are created male or female and in the image of God. It's the price Canadians must pay for an inclusive, diverse and gender based Liberal policies and legislation. This should not be a surprise coming from a prime minister who makes it a point every chance he gets to tell the world that he's a feminist and gender worshipper.

9. On June 17, 2017, Bill C-14, An Act to amend the Criminal Code and to make related amendments to other Acts (medical assistance in dying) was passed. The reason according to the government: "This enactment amends the Criminal Code to, among other things" to "create exemptions from the offences of culpable homicide, of aiding suicide and of administering a noxious thing, in order to permit medical practitioners and nurse practitioners to provide medical assistance in dying and to permit pharmacists and other persons to assist in the process." In plain English, Canadians can now intentionally kill other Canadians without being charged with a crime. This law completes the circle of death in Canada: the nation has no law restricting abortion and has now made it legal to kill adults. However, the words killing, murder are never used. The truth must not be told. It's easier to lie using words that speak of choice, freedom, compassion, dignity and rights. In addition, the euthanasia law has no provisions for conscience rights for doctors and health care professionals.

10. Lastly, we have Trudeau's public lecturing and condescension towards those that disagree with his  leftist and politically correct views and policies. Just a few examples. In a Town Hall meeting a woman in asking Trudeau a question said that "maternal love is the love that is going to change the future of mankind." The prime minister rudely interrupted to tell her that we should use his made up word "people-kind" instead of "mankind." We must be inclusive at all times. On another occasion, an injured Canadian soldier back Afghanistan wanted to know why the Liberal government is in court fighting against veteran benefits but had $10.5 million to give to Omar Khadar without a legal fight. Trudeau rambled on and on but chose to never directly answer the question. Then, we have Trudeau telling an audience that returning ISIS fighters are no different than immigrants that came to Canada from Portugal, Greece and Italy. It seems that Liberal inclusiveness and diversity gives the prime minister permission to insult and disrespect other Canadians.

We could go on because there are many more examples of a government that has lost the privilege and trust of the people to govern. As a Christian Canadian, I feel I'm living in exile in my own country. Trudeau senior Pierre was bad enough, but we believe Justin Trudeau tops his father because he's the worst prime minister Canada has ever had. The Liberal government has been terrible for the nation. We hope Canadians don't vote for the same Liberal mistake in the upcoming federal election of 2019. Care to share your thoughts?
